Selon Moonphase, une publicité contenue dans le second volume du « visual novel » nommé « To Heart 2 Another Days » annonce To Heart 2ad Plus. L’OAV To Heart 2ad Plus est une suite de l’OAV de To Heart 2ad qui est sortie le 26 Mars 2008. Le studio Aquaplus est toujours au commande. Aucune autre information n’est disponible actuellement.
