Kemono no Souja Erin : Adaptation en anime.

Le studio Trans Arts avec la participation de Production I.G. adaptera le roman, Kemono no Souja Erin (The Beast Player), de Nahoko UEASHI. L’auteur avait déjà vu un de ces romans, Seirei No Moribito, adapté en anime avec les mêmes studios.

Résumé d’Anime-Days :

Dans l’Empire de Ryoza, la jeune Erin est obligée de fuir après l’exécution de sa mère, vétérinaire et gardienne des serpents de combat du Grand Duc Yoje, que l’on accuse de la mort des reptiles. Elle atteint finalement la terre gouvernée par la Reine qui élève de gigantesques oiseaux de proie, symboles de son pouvoir divin. Dans la ménagerie royale, la jeune fille apprend à connaître ces majestueuses créatures. C’est ainsi que contrairement aux usages, elle parvient à élever un jeune rapace avec amour entrant ainsi en conflit avec l’autorité ; et plus encore lorsque le Grand Duc et d’autres conspirateurs se dressent contre le Royaume.

La chaine NHK annonce déja la diffusion de cette série de 50 épisodes à partir du 10 Janvier 2009 à 18h25.
